The Lonanconing Silk Mill was the last intact silk mill in the country. It closed in 1957 with the machinery, products and personal belongings intact. Walking into the silk mill is liking stepping back in time.
All of these images are printed on silk mounted on a canvas and ready to hang. Some of the images are hand stitched using silk thread.
